Disclosure: Every quote below is a verified buyer’s product review, published on ronatelli.com through Reviews.io, reproduced as written and linked to its source. We read all 135 reviews of Ronatelli’s rings that Reviews.io returns, the critical ones included, and the counts are our own. Figures were checked on October 30, 2026.
The Ragnar is Ronatelli’s most-reviewed ring by a wide margin: 93 of the 136 reviews on the brand’s eleven rings are for it, and they rate it 4.7 out of 5. We read every review of every ring, in every language it was written in, to find out what buyers say about the Ragnar, how the one-size, adjustable fit works out once a ring is on a finger, and what goes wrong when something does. Buyers mostly like what they see: the design, the finish, and a ring that matches its description. Most of those who mention the fit find it easy to set. The complaints are mostly about delivery time; a few concern the adjustment, the box, and where the rings are made.
How we read 135 reviews
- One source: the product reviews on ronatelli.com, which Reviews.io collects from buyers after each order. All 135 are marked as verified buyers.
- Current rings only: our totals match the review count on each product page on October 30, 2026, with one exception. The Arco’s page shows four reviews and Reviews.io returns three, so one review on the pages is one we couldn’t read.
- Every rating counted: the figures include the one-, two-, and three-star reviews. Of the 135, 27 are a star rating with no comment.
- Read, not keyword-searched: we tallied the fit, delivery, and stone comments by reading each review, including those written in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, and Swedish. More than half of the Ragnar’s written reviews are in French. One review can count toward more than one subject.
- Quoted as written: the quotes are four- and five-star reviews written in English, with the reviewers’ own spelling and punctuation. Names are shortened to a first name and initial, and each quote links to the ring’s review page on Reviews.io, where it appears with the reviewer’s full name.
Key takeaways
- The Ragnar is rated 4.7 from 93 reviews, and 95% of them give four or five stars. Its five lower ratings are the only reviews below four stars among the 135 we could read.
- The Troy has the highest average of any ring with more than a handful of reviews, 4.9 from 17, with none below four stars.
- The one-size fit mostly works. Of the 19 written reviews that mention it, 15 call it easy or a plus. The four problems are all with the Ragnar: two buyers didn’t know how to adjust it, one found a large setting a little tricky to keep round, and one says it doesn’t fit his fingers.
- The how-to is on every ring page, behind the “Size guide” link: squeeze gently to make the ring smaller, ease it open to make it larger, with slow, even pressure.
- Delivery is the most common complaint, in 11 reviews, though seven of them still give five stars. Two buyers also say the box doesn’t suit the ring.

Ratings and review counts as shown on each product page on October 30, 2026:
Ratings, review counts, and prices as shown on ronatelli.com on October 30, 2026; the star shares are our count of every review we could read that day, and the all-rings average is our calculation from each page’s rating and review count. Counts change daily; follow the links for current numbers.
The star breakdown shows where the Ragnar’s long record differs. Every review below four stars that we could read is the Ragnar’s, 5 of its 93; among the reviews we could read, the Troy and the seven other rings with reviews have none. The one gap is the Arco: its page averages 3.8 from four reviews, but Reviews.io returns only three, all four or five stars, so the fourth, the one we couldn’t read, can only be a one-star rating.

The Ragnar: 4.7 from 93 reviews
Faceted black onyx in a square frame with chain-textured sides, one adjustable size, $149. Rated 4.7 out of 5 from 93 reviews on ronatelli.com, October 30, 2026.
Ronatelli’s most-reviewed ring is a faceted black onyx set in a square frame between chain-textured sides. Most of its 72 written reviews are praise for how it looks and how it is made, usually in a line or two. Nine say it is what they expected from the description, the photos, or the order, a fair test for a ring bought unseen. Several French reviewers call it a chevalière, a signet ring: the square face sits on the finger much as a signet’s does.
Six of the 72 bought it as a gift, among them for a husband, a son, and a grandson, and four mention other Ronatelli pieces: one buyer says it closely matches the necklace and bracelet he already had, and another is already looking at a bracelet to go with it. Weight divides opinion. A British buyer likes its weight; a French buyer calls it light on the finger for solid silver and means it as praise; a third found it light enough to doubt the alloy. Ronatelli doesn’t publish the Ragnar’s weight, and one reviewer who asked for it says there was no answer.
The stone draws few comments, and none report a loose or missing one. One buyer gave four stars, noting a small line on the top of the onyx; another found the stone quite small; a third hopes it never comes out. The Ragnar’s frame, which wraps the edges of the stone, is the most protective of the settings on Ronatelli’s onyx rings, as our guide to black onyx rings explains.

The adjustable fit: what 19 reviews say
Every Ronatelli ring comes in one size, with a band that opens and closes at the back. Ronatelli says it fits any finger and doesn’t publish a range, as our guide to adjustable rings notes, so the reviews are the best evidence of how that works out. Nineteen of the 108 written reviews mention the fit, 12 of them the Ragnar’s, and 15 are favorable: buyers call the band practical, easy to set, or the best part of the ring.

The four problems are all the Ragnar’s, which is also where most of the fit comments are. Two buyers didn’t know how to adjust it: one says the explanations are missing, and the other, who found it too small, gave four stars and asked for the procedure in his review. One found that adjusting it for a large finger without losing the round shape was a little tricky. One says it doesn’t fit his fingers and still gave five stars for the design and the work. And one American buyer thought he had received the wrong size until he found that the ring adjusts.

“I just returned home from a month in Europe. The Ragnar ring is a beautiful as anything I saw in Europe. Unfortunately I ordered a size 13. The ring that was delivered wont even fit on my pinky finger. The engraved Curb Chain Necklace 55cm is perfect.
I just realized the ring is adjustable. It’s perfect. I rescind my last review. It’s great. Nice quality.”

Ronatelli’s own steps are on every ring page, behind the “Size guide” link next to the size: slide the ring on without forcing it, squeeze it gently to make it smaller or ease it open to make it larger, with slow, even pressure, and check that it sits comfortably without spinning. A few more points, from the reviews and from our guide to fitting an adjustable ring:
- Press on the back, not the stone. The Ragnar adjusts at the back of the band, opposite the onyx, so hold it there; pressing on the frame can bend it.
- Check that it’s still round. Look at it side-on after adjusting, especially at a large setting. If it has gone oval, press it gently back into a circle, or have a jeweler true it on a ring mandrel.
- Set it once. Each bend hardens silver a little, and Ronatelli’s care notes warn against bending a ring back and forth. Take it on and off with a twist instead of opening it every time.
- Pinkies need a closer look. A pinky typically runs three to four sizes smaller than the ring finger, so it is where a one-size ring is most likely to run out of range.
- If it won’t fit, ask about a return early. Ronatelli’s return policy asks you to request a return by email within 30 days; the ring must be in the condition you received it, unworn, with its tags and original packaging, and you pay the return shipping.

Delivery and the box
Delivery is the most common complaint in the ring reviews. Eleven of the 108 written reviews call it slow, four of them about the Ragnar, and seven of those eleven still give five stars; two of them praised how well they were kept informed along the way. Seven others say it came on time or quickly, among them a Florida buyer of the Troy who calls it fast, and a satisfied Ragnar buyer says to allow ten days. One Horus buyer in the US says the package never arrived, though a message said it had been delivered.
Ronatelli’s shipping policy explains the spread. When the piece is in stock in a warehouse in the buyer’s country, it quotes one to two business days to process the order and two to three to deliver it; when it isn’t, the order ships from an overseas warehouse and delivery takes four to seven business days. Delivery is free on every order. A Troy buyer in Spain, whose ring wasn’t in the local warehouse, says it took a few days longer but arrived within the time Ronatelli quotes for that case.
The box draws two complaints, both from buyers who loved the Ragnar itself. A British buyer says the box was too shallow for the ring to sit face up, and a buyer writing in Danish, giving it as a gift, asked for a box made for a ring rather than one far too large for it. An Italian buyer, on the other hand, calls it well packaged.
★★★★★
“Gorgeous ring, very good value. Husband loved it. Disappointed in the packaging. Ring would not display in the box face up as box too shallow.”

“The delivery was not very fast but it was worth to wait. I’am very happy with the square 925 silver ring.”

What the lower ratings say
Five of the Ragnar’s 93 reviews give fewer than four stars, and two of them, a three-star rating and the only one-star rating, carry no comment. The other three are all three stars:
- A certificate for the stone: 1. A buyer asked for a certificate of origin for the stone, which the review calls obsidian; Ronatelli describes it as black onyx.
- Weight and the stone’s size: 1. A buyer who asked for the silver weight says there was no reply, and found the stone quite small.
- Weight, origin, and delivery: 1. A buyer who calls the ring magnificent found it light enough to doubt the alloy, wrote that she was disappointed to learn it comes from China, and found the delivery very long. She would like Ronatelli to say more about how its pieces are made.
Where the rings are made comes up twice more, in four-star reviews: a Torin buyer wishes the page said clearly that the ring comes from China, and a Ragnar buyer guessed as much, adding that this says nothing bad about the ring, which he calls well made. Ronatelli’s ring pages describe each ring as handcrafted from 925 sterling silver but don’t name a country of manufacture. The Ragnar’s other four-star reservations are single comments: the small line on the stone, the one-word “Fragile,” a question about whether the model comes smaller, and the two adjustment comments above.
The other rings
The other ten rings in Ronatelli’s ring collection have 43 reviews between them as shown on their pages, and two of them, the Nexus and the Kleos, have none yet. Most of these reviews are short, so the averages rest on a handful of buyers:

FAQ
Are Ronatelli rings good quality?
By their reviews, yes: 96% of the 135 reviews we read give four or five stars, and the most common subjects are the rings’ looks and the quality of the work. The complaints are mostly about delivery time; a few concern the adjustment, the box, and where the rings are made. One buyer noted a small line on a Ragnar’s stone, and none reports a stone coming loose.
Which Ronatelli ring has the best reviews?
Among rings with more than a handful of reviews, the Troy has the highest average, 4.9 from 17. The Ragnar has by far the longest record, 4.7 from 93, and is the most-reviewed ring in the collection.
How do you adjust a Ronatelli ring?
Every ring comes in one size and adjusts at the back of the band. Ronatelli’s size guide, on each ring page: slide it on without forcing it, squeeze gently to make it smaller or ease it open to make it larger, with slow, even pressure, and check that it sits comfortably without spinning. On a stone ring, press on the back of the band, not the stone.
Will a Ronatelli ring fit a large finger?
Ronatelli says its rings fit any finger but doesn’t publish a range. In the reviews, a US buyer who thought he had ordered a size 13 found that the Ragnar fit once he discovered it adjusts, and another found a large setting a little tricky to keep round. Check the fit as soon as it arrives: a return has to be requested within 30 days, with the ring unworn.
How long does Ronatelli take to deliver?
Ronatelli’s shipping policy quotes one to two business days to process an order, then two to three to deliver it from a warehouse in your country, or four to seven when it ships from an overseas warehouse. Delivery is free. In the reviews, 11 of 108 call delivery slow and seven say it came on time or quickly.
Are the reviews on ronatelli.com real?
They are collected by Reviews.io from buyers after each order, and all 135 we read are marked as verified buyers. The low ratings are public too: the Ragnar’s page on Reviews.io lists its three-star and one-star reviews alongside the rest.
Bottom line
The Ragnar earns its place as Ronatelli’s best-known ring: 93 verified buyers rate it 4.7, and what they praise most is the look and the work. The one-size fit is the part to understand before you buy. Most who mention it find it easy and a few didn’t know how, so read the size guide on the ring page, adjust it once at the back of the band, and keep your fingers off the stone. Expect delivery to take longer when a ring ships from overseas. And for the highest average with a real record behind it, the Troy has 4.9 from 17.
