Disclosure:Every quote below is a verified buyer’s product review, published on ronatelli.com through Reviews.io, reproduced as written and linked to its source. We read all 238 reviews of Ronatelli’s eight pendants, the critical ones included, and the counts are our own. Figures were checked on October 30, 2026.
Ronatelli sells eight men’s pendants, from $99 to $199, and their product pages carry 238 reviews between them, 86 for the Cervia eagle cross alone. We read every one, in every language it was written in, to find out what buyers say about each pendant, how big it turned out to be, how it went on their chain, and what went wrong when something did. All but two give four or five stars. The differences are in the details: two crosses that account for eight of the nine reviews calling a pendant large or larger than expected, a joker most buyers order in the medium, a crucifix that can arrive brighter than its photos, and a tiger with the collection’s only two low ratings, neither of which says why.
How we read 238 reviews
- One source: the product reviews on ronatelli.com, which Reviews.io collects from buyers after each order. 237 of the 238 are marked as verified buyers.
- Current pendants only: our totals match the review count on each of the eight product pages on October 30, 2026.
- Every rating counted: the figures include the one- and two-star reviews. Of the 238, 43 are a star rating with no comment.
- Read, not keyword-searched: we tallied the size, weight, chain, finish, and delivery comments by reading each review, including those written in German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Danish, and Polish. One review can count toward more than one subject.
- Quoted as written: the quotes are four- and five-star reviews written in English, with the reviewers’ own spelling and punctuation. Names are shortened to a first name and initial, and each quote links to the pendant’s review page on Reviews.io, where it appears under the same name and date.
Key takeaways
- 236 of the 238 reviews give four or five stars, and 225 give five. No pendant has a three-star review.
- The only two low ratings are both for the Anzio tiger, a one and a two, and neither says why; they are what bring its average down to 4.7.
- Size is the surprise: of the 20 reviews that mention it, 11 call it right and 9 found the pendant large or larger than expected, eight of them for the Cervia or the Ravenna. None found one small.
- Weight is the most praised trait after the workmanship: 19 reviews praise it or call the pendant solid, all of them for the Cervia, the Cascia, the Anzio, or the Fabro.
- Delivery is the main complaint: 15 reviews call it slow, as many as call it fast or on time. If the pendant is a gift for a date, order early.

The eight pendants at a glance
Ratings and review counts as shown on each product page on October 30, 2026, for the four most-reviewed pendants:
Ratings, review counts, prices, and listed weights as shown on ronatelli.com on October 30, 2026; the star counts are our count of every review of each pendant that day. Counts change daily; follow the links for current numbers.
All eight are rated between 4.7 and 5.0, so the star breakdown is where they differ. Seven of the eight have no review below four stars. The Cascia has the most four-star reviews, four of its 28, for reasons we come to below. The Anzio has the only two below four, a one and a two, neither with a comment, and they are what bring its average down to 4.7.

Cervia eagle cross: 5.0 from 86 reviews
Eagle cross, 17 g listed, $169. Rated 5.0 out of 5 from 86 reviews on ronatelli.com, October 30, 2026.
Ronatelli’s most-reviewed pendant, with 86 of the collection’s 238 reviews, is an eagle cross: a gold-tone eagle at the center of a cross covered in darkened scrollwork, front and back. All 86 reviews give four or five stars, 84 of them five. Its 70 written reviews praise the quality, the craftsmanship, or the detail more than anything else, in 33 of them; seven praise its weight or call it solid, nine say they will buy from Ronatelli again or already have, and six come from people who bought it for someone else.
Size is the other subject that comes up. Three reviewers call it the right size, and four found it large or larger than they expected, one of them in Germany calling it especially large. All four still give it five stars, and the one who bought it as a gift says the recipient really liked it.

“The Cervia Cross pendant is a great testament to the craft and skill of the Silversmiths at Ronatelli. Not only is it both unique and beautiful; but l personally love the weight and feel of it around the neck… for anyone who appreciates having something around the neck; l could not sing higher praises than to Ronatelli and the smiths in their employ…”

Fabro joker: 5.0 from 34 reviews
Joker, small or medium, $99 or $149; no weight listed. Rated 5.0 out of 5 from 34 reviews on ronatelli.com, October 30, 2026.
The Fabro is the joker of the collection: a jester’s face under a gold-tone crown on a card-shaped plate, with JOKER and CLOWN engraved on the back. It is one of the two pendants sold in two sizes, and the one where reviewers most clearly favor the larger: 22 of its 34 reviews are filed under the medium, at $149, and 12 under the small, at $99. All 34 give four or five stars, 33 of them five.
Ronatelli publishes no measurements or weight for either size, which makes the size comments worth reading. Three reviewers say how the size turned out, and all three found theirs right: two on the medium, one on the small. A buyer who chose the small as a gift wasn’t sure it was the right choice and counted on being able to exchange it; Ronatelli’s refund policy handles that as a return and a new order. Four praise its weight or call it solid or heavy.
★★★★★
“The pendant has a solid and heavy feel as expected and desired. Detailed better, looking at it in hand than in pictures. The R in Joker on the left side stands out and reminds me of where i bought it, “R”ontaelli. Not sure if that was intentional or a coincidence. But either way I think it’s clever. Great Design”

Ravenna cross sword: 5.0 from 33 reviews
Cross sword, 14 g listed, $149. Rated 5.0 out of 5 from 33 reviews on ronatelli.com, October 30, 2026.
The Ravenna is a sword whose crossguard, tipped in gold-tone, forms the cross, with scrollwork along the blade and “The Treasures Heart” engraved into the silver. Of its 33 reviews, 32 give five stars and one gives four, and the quality and the workmanship are what its reviewers praise most, in 18 of its 29 written reviews.
It draws more comments about size than any other pendant for its number of reviews. Five of its reviewers mention size, and four found it large or larger than they expected. Two were pleased with it; the other two were sending theirs back, one because it was a little large and its loop too small for the chain its buyer already had, the other because the sword was too long. Both of them still gave it five stars.
Two reviewers see it as the sword of the Spirit: one was looking for exactly that, citing Hebrews 4:12, and another would have liked the option to have “the Spirit’s Sword” engraved on it instead of the words on the blade.

Cascia crucifix: 4.9 from 28 reviews
Crucifix, 25 g listed, $199. Rated 4.9 out of 5 from 28 reviews on ronatelli.com, October 30, 2026.
The Cascia is the heaviest pendant with a listed weight and the most expensive: a gold-tone figure of Christ on an oxidized cross. Five of its 24 written reviews praise the weight or call it solid, and two call it the right size.
It also has the most four-star reviews of any pendant, four of its 28, and three of them come with a comment. One buyer expected the darker, patinated look of the photos and received a much brighter cross. Another’s 6.5 mm chain, wider than the listed fit, wouldn’t go through the ring the pendant hangs from, and a jeweler replaced the ring for €35. The third simply praises the product and its finish. A five-star reviewer also found the color lighter than in the pictures, and liked it better, because it pairs better with the chain. For the difference between a cross and a crucifix, see our guide to cross necklaces for men.

The other four pendants
The other four have fewer reviews, between 4 and 24 each, as shown on their product pages on October 30, 2026:
| Pendant | Price | Rating | Reviews |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anzio tiger | Price$169 | Rating4.7 | Reviews24 |
| Norcia eagle cross | Price$149 | Rating4.9 | Reviews18 |
| Lyon arrowhead | Price$99 or $149 | Rating4.9 | Reviews11 |
| Poseidon trident | Price$169 | Rating5.0 | Reviews4 |
The Anzio has the lowest average in the collection, 4.7, entirely because of the two low ratings: a one-star in December 2025 and a two-star in June 2026, both without a comment. Its 21 written reviews all give four or five stars; one buyer notes that the tiger’s head is hollow inside, which gives it “a very balanced weight” with the chain. The Norcia, at a listed 12.3 g the lightest pendant with a weight, has one four-star review among its 18, from a buyer in Switzerland who had to pay customs charges on delivery; a 6′5″ buyer found it larger than he expected and right for his size.
The Lyon arrowhead comes in two sizes, and its 11 reviews split six for the large and five for the small. Its one four-star review is from a buyer whose small came fully polished, without the darkened finish in the photos. The Poseidon trident, added in January 2026, has four reviews, all five stars, so its 5.0 says little yet. For all eight side by side, see our comparison of Ronatelli’s pendants, or browse Ronatelli’s pendant collection.

What buyers write about
Of the 238 reviews, 195 come with a comment. Read one by one, they come back to the same few subjects:

The workmanship comes first by far: 95 reviews praise the quality, the craftsmanship, or the detail. Among the pendant’s own traits, the weight comes next. Nineteen reviews praise it or call the pendant solid, and all 19 are for the three heaviest pendants with a listed weight, the Cascia, the Anzio, and the Cervia, or for the Fabro, whose weight isn’t listed. Seventeen say they will buy from Ronatelli again or already have, and six mention compliments or attention from other people.
Thirteen reviews come from people who bought a pendant for someone else, a husband, a partner, a boyfriend, a son, a brother, and all 13 give five stars; our guide to buying a pendant as a gift covers choosing the symbol, the chain, and the length. Nine write about faith or what the symbol means to them, all of them about the four crosses; our guide to men’s pendant meanings covers what each motif stands for.

Eight reviews call the pendant good value, seven mention the box or the packing, all favorably, and four praise the customer service, from quick replies to help with a delivery.
Size and finish: compared with the photos
Ronatelli publishes no measurements for any pendant, only a weight for six of them, which it says can vary by up to about 5 g. So buyers judge from the photos, and two things the photos can’t settle come up again and again: how big the pendant is, and how dark its finish.
Of the 20 reviews that mention size, 11 call it right and 9 found the pendant large or larger than they expected; none found one small. The 11 are spread across five pendants. The 9 are all crosses: four Cervias, four Ravennas, and a Norcia. Seven of the nine were happy with it, and the other two were sending back a Ravenna. Of the two pendants sold in two sizes, the Fabro buyers who mention size found theirs right in both, and none of the Lyon reviews mentions size.
Ten reviews say the pendant looks as pictured or described, or better. Three found the finish different: two Cascia buyers received a brighter cross than the darker one in the photos, one disappointed by it and the other preferring it, and a buyer of the small Lyon received it fully polished, without the darkened finish shown. How dark the finish starts varies from piece to piece; our guide to two-tone silver pendants covers caring for the darkened and gold-tone parts.
- Use the worn photos. Ronatelli shows each pendant on a man in a black T-shirt; compare them with a pendant or chain you already own. Our guide to pendant size covers judging size from a weight.
- Look twice at the Cervia and the Ravenna. They are the ones reviewers most often call large: eight of the nine reviews that found a pendant large or larger than expected.
- Ask for the height. If size matters, ask Ronatelli for the height and width before you order; they aren’t on the product pages.
- Keep the tags on until you’re sure. Ronatelli’s refund policy accepts returns within 30 days of receiving the pendant, unworn, with its tags and original packaging; you request the return first, and the return postage is yours.
Chains and bails: what reviewers say
Every pendant is sold without a chain, and every listing gives a fit of chains up to 6 mm. Two reviewers couldn’t fit theirs on a chain they already owned: a Ravenna buyer, whose loop was too small, and the Cascia buyer, whose 6.5 mm chain, wider than the listed fit, wouldn’t go through the ring until a jeweler replaced it. Two others say theirs fit their own chain, one of them a thick one: “With the 6mm loop the chain went in with no issues.”
Before you have a bail or ring changed, ask Ronatelli: its lifetime warranty doesn’t cover damage from work done by anyone else. Width isn’t the only check, either. In our reviews of Ronatelli’s chains, three of the four reviewers who couldn’t get a pendant on were stopped by the clasp end, which is wider than the chain; our guide to the best chain for a pendant covers width, length, and fit.
Two buyers who also bought a Ronatelli chain were happy with the pair: one says the Lyon goes perfectly with the chain he also bought from Ronatelli, and an Anzio buyer found the pendant’s size right for the chain bought with it. Another Anzio buyer, still looking for a chain to go with it, found Ronatelli’s chains “quite pricey.”
Delivery, customs, and returns
Delivery is the subject reviewers disagree on most. Fifteen call it fast or on time, among them a buyer in the Netherlands whose delivery took 15 working days, as expected, and five more praise how smoothly it went or the tracking. Fifteen call it slow, from a little long to almost a month, and 14 of those 15 still give five stars.
The timing depends on where the pendant ships from. Ronatelli’s shipping policy quotes one to two business days to process an order, then two to three business days from a warehouse in your country or four to seven from one abroad; its FAQ says 7 to 15 working days when the order comes from a warehouse in another country, which is closer to what reviewers report. It doesn’t say which warehouse before you order. The FAQ also says each order ships with tracking details by email, and one Norcia buyer praises the tracking as “very detailed”; one Cervia buyer in 2024 says no tracking was given.
- Order a gift early. An Anzio bought as an anniversary present arrived late; its buyer’s advice is to “order a month ahead.” For Christmas 2026, our order-date guide gives Friday, December 4, as the last safe day for anything that ships from overseas.
- Ask about duty. A buyer in Switzerland paid CHF 27.50 in customs charges on delivery and thought it would have been fair to know in advance. Neither Ronatelli’s shipping policy nor its FAQ mentions import duty, so ask before you order; for US orders, our guide to duty on silver jewelry shipped to the US explains the current rules.
- Check the address, then the parcel. One gift went to the buyer’s own address instead of the recipient’s, and the buyer paid to send it on, so check the shipping address before you pay. Another buyer received the small Fabro instead of the medium, with a different chain length, and was happy anyway; Ronatelli’s refund policy asks you to contact it right away if you receive the wrong item.
- Budget for a return. Two Ravenna buyers were returning theirs, and one found the return, with its customs paperwork and postage at the buyer’s cost, more trouble than expected. Ronatelli doesn’t cover return postage.
Delivery time is also the complaint that runs through Ronatelli’s Trustpilot reviews; our roundup of 56 Ronatelli customer reviews covers it.
What the lower ratings say
Only two of the 238 reviews give fewer than four stars, and both are for the Anzio: a one-star rating in December 2025 and a two-star in June 2026. Neither comes with a comment, so there is no way to tell what went wrong. No pendant has a three-star review.
The 11 four-star reviews say more. Eight of them come with a comment. By subject:
- No complaint: 4, one each for the Cervia, the Ravenna, the Cascia, and the Anzio, all praising the piece.
- The finish: 2, a Cascia brighter than the darker cross in the photos, and a small Lyon fully polished, without the darkened finish shown.
- The chain: 1, the Cascia whose ring had to be replaced to take a 6.5 mm chain; its buyer also found the delivery slow.
- Customs: 1, the Norcia whose buyer in Switzerland paid charges on delivery.
- No comment: 3, a star rating and nothing else: one each for the Cervia, the Fabro, and the Cascia.
The complaints in the five-star reviews are mostly about delivery: 14 of the 15 reviews that call it slow still give five stars.
FAQ
Are Ronatelli pendants good quality?
Their buyers think so. Of the 238 reviews of the eight pendants, 236 give four or five stars, and the most common subject in the written reviews is the quality, the craftsmanship, or the detail, in 95 of 195. The complaint that recurs most is delivery time.
Which Ronatelli pendant has the best reviews?
By the numbers, the Cervia eagle cross: 84 five-star and 2 four-star reviews out of 86, by far the most of any pendant. The Fabro and the Ravenna are also rated 5.0, from 34 and 33 reviews. The Poseidon is rated 5.0 too, but from only four.
Are Ronatelli pendants bigger than they look?
Some buyers find them so. Of the 20 reviews that mention size, 9 found the pendant large or larger than they expected, eight of them for the Cervia or the Ravenna, and none found one small. Ronatelli publishes no measurements, so judge from the worn photos, or ask for the height before you order.
Do Ronatelli pendants come with a chain?
No. Every product page says the chain is sold separately, and every listing gives a fit of chains up to 6 mm. Two reviewers couldn’t fit theirs on their own chain, one of them a 6.5 mm chain, wider than the listed fit.
How long does a Ronatelli pendant take to arrive?
It depends on where it ships from. Ronatelli’s shipping policy quotes two to three business days from a warehouse in your country and four to seven from one abroad, after one to two business days to process the order; its FAQ says 7 to 15 working days from a warehouse in another country. Fifteen reviews call delivery slow, and one buyer’s advice for a gift with a date is to “order a month ahead.”
Are the reviews on ronatelli.com real?
They are collected by Reviews.io from buyers after each order, and 237 of the 238 we read are marked as verified buyers. The low ratings count too: the Anzio’s 4.7 on its product page includes its one- and two-star reviews.
Bottom line
Ronatelli’s pendants earn their ratings: 236 of 238 reviews give four or five stars, and the only two below that, both for the Anzio, don’t say why. What the reviews add to the product pages is scale and finish. The Cervia and the Ravenna are the pendants reviewers most often call large; the Fabro buyers who say how the size turned out found both sizes right; the Cascia’s darkened finish can arrive brighter than its photos. Check that your chain is no wider than 6 mm and that its clasp end will pass the bail, keep the tags on until you’re sure, and if the pendant is a gift for a date, order well ahead: delivery is the complaint that recurs.
